Booking and Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy
- A minimum deposit of Rs. 40,000 per person is required to secure a booking if the departure date is more than 21 days away.
- 50% of the total package amount must be paid between 21 to 30 days before departure.
- Full payment is required 21 days prior to departure. Failure to make the full payment within this period will result in automatic cancellation of the booking without prior notice.
- The total package cost remains the same for bookings made through authorized agents. However, Orient Travels is not responsible for any cash transactions made directly with agents.
Cancellation Policy
- An amount of Rs. 40,000 per person is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
- 50% of the package cost is non-refundable if cancellation is made 21 to 30 days before departure.
- 100% of the package cost is non-refundable if cancellation is made within 21 days of departure.
- Date change requests:
- Allowed 21 to 30 days before departure, subject to a fee of Rs. 10,000 per person, plus any applicable additional charges from third-party suppliers.
- No date changes are permitted within 20 days of departure; standard cancellation terms will apply.
