Please read the following important notes and policies carefully before confirming your booking with Orient Travels:

General Conditions

• All prices quoted are per person and in Indian Rupees (INR).
• If a package is booked without Umrah visa through us, transportation will be subject to availability.
• Peak season groups will incur an additional surcharge of Rs. 4,000 per person.
• Flight tickets can be availed at an approximate cost of INR 36,500, subject to change based on fare at the time of ticket issuance.
• Extra luggage beyond the allowance mentioned on the ticket must be paid for directly by the passenger.
• Unutilized services are strictly non-refundable.

Accommodation & Hotel Policies

• Distances mentioned for hotels are measured from the outer border of Haram Shareef and Masjid-e-Nabawi.
• Room allotment is managed by the hotel; specific room requests cannot be entertained.
• Check-in time: 04:00 PM | Check-out time: 12:00 PM (Saudi local time).
• The tour operator reserves the right to provide similar hotels if the original option is unavailable. No refund will be provided in such cases.

Transportation & Itinerary

• Tour dates, flight schedules, and itineraries are provisional and subject to change due to airline availability or other circumstances.
• Any fare difference arising from such changes must be borne by the customer.
• If a passenger travels individually outside of group dates or flights, additional transportation charges will apply as per the itinerary.
• Local Ziyarat are subject to local regulations. Latecomers may be left behind, with no alternate Ziyarat or refunds.
• All services are pre-booked and bound to strict schedules. Any delay by passengers causing missed services will not be the responsibility of Orient Travels.

Passenger Responsibilities

• Passengers must arrange their own wheelchair services, if required.
• Orient Travels is not responsible for:
  • Loss/damage/discoloration of clothes due to laundry.
  • Loss of luggage, theft, personal injuries, accidents, or additional expenses caused by delays, deportation, expired visas, or force majeure events.
• Complimentary Zam Zam water will be provided only if accepted by the airlines at the airport.
• Passengers are responsible for compliance with all Saudi and Indian Government regulations.

Pricing & Currency

• Tour costs are calculated based on the exchange rate of 1 Saudi Riyal = Rs. 22.50.
• Any increase in exchange rates at the time of passport delivery before departure will be collected from passengers.

Additional Notes

• Arabic dates are subject to the official sighting of the moon and may change accordingly.
• All legal matters are subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi, India only.
